Boost, an interactive project at the Nefit company

Boost is an interactive project in cooperation with Sabrina Bunt (employee of the Nefit company).

This installation is made especially for Nefit in assignment to give their employees new and innovative ways of thinking, communicating and creating.

Nefit make and design heating systems.

The installation is based on the movie ” The soilent green” concerning an anti-utopian vision of society in which humans are recycled into food for the masses when they do not fit in the system. This work gives an idea how bad it can be in a totalitarian system, but is also a critical and (somewhat dark) humouristic reminder towards the products that are made by Nefit and what freedom the employees do have or lack  in their system.

The installation is a store for the brand “Boost” in which employees can buy vitamin pills, energy drinks, etc… made from recycled fellow employees who fell from grace with the management, for example for showing up late too many times, etc…

The people used for the commercial posters are also employees from the same factory to set a proper example.
